When you order: your name, delivery address, email, and the nameplate text you choose. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
When you join the notify list: your email address and which product you're interested in.
When you email us: whatever you send, including photos of your screen if you include them.
From the device: if Squawk is connected to Wi-Fi, it contacts our update server once a day and sends its serial number and software version, so we can send the right update. It does not send your location, your Wi-Fi details, or what aircraft it has seen. Route and aircraft lookups go to third-party aviation databases and carry the callsign or registration being looked up, not anything about you.
Fulfilling your order, honouring the warranty, answering your questions, and telling you when a product you asked about is ready. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't send marketing unless you asked for it.
Stripe (payments), Royal Mail (delivery), and our email provider. Each handles your data under their own privacy terms.
Order records for six years, as HMRC requires. Notify-list emails until you unsubscribe. Support emails for two years.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from anything, by emailing the address on the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site sets no cookies of its own. Stripe sets its own during checkout to prevent fraud.
